When you make a purchase at www.muud.store, you accept the terms and conditions below

PLACING AN ORDER

To make a purchase at www.muud.store,  you must be 18 years old and have a valid payment card that we accept. If you are not 18 years old, you can still make a purchase, but you must be granted permission from a parent or a legal guardian. If you are under the age of 18 and, you make a purchase without permission from a parent or a legal guardian, muud disclaims all responsibility, as it is stated above that the purchaser must be 18 years of age or have a parent’s or a legal guardian’s consent to make a purchase at www.muud.store. When you place an order at www.muud.store, you submit some basic information, including your name, billing address, delivery address, e-mail address, and phone number. muud stores your information in accordance with our personal data policy. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation. When we have accepted your order, you will receive an invoice on your e-mail, which constitutes a binding agreement between you and muud. Order confirmation is not an invoice and the purchase is not final, before you have received an invoice from muud.

PRICES & PAYMENT

When shopping at www.muud.store, you will get information about the price in total and delivery costs before you reach the final confirmation. All prices indicated on www.muud.store are inclusive Danish VAT, which is currently 25 %. We reserve the right to change prices without notification due to increased costs or as a result of a general development in retail prices. We accept the following payment cards: dankort, e-dankort, visa, visa electron, mastercard and maestro. If we suspect a fraud payment then we reserve the right to cancel the order or ask for personal picture ID together with the last four digits on the creditcard used for the payment. All your account details are encrypted and transmitted through a secure payment method. We use stripe payment as our certified partner. Your card will be debited once we have shipped your order from our warehouse.

Exchange rates for following currencies; EUR, USD, GBP, NOK all follows current day-rates

DELIVERY

muud uses GLS as courier to ship your parcel worldwide. In some countries you only have 1 of the following delivery options:

Delivery to your work place
Pick up at a parcel shop near you  
Delivery to a private address

PLEASE NOTE that if you permit it to be placed somewhere, muud disclaims all responsibility in regards to a possible loss or damage. If you did not fill out the note on where to leave it and you are not home at the time of arrival, it will be left in a parcel shop or a depot near you

From dispatch, you can expect to receive your order within approximately: DENMARK 2-4 DAYS, EUROPE 3-7 DAYS, US & CANADA 7-10 DAYS, ASIA 7-10 DAYS, SOUTH-AMERICA 7-10 DAYS, AUSTRALIA 10-14 DAYS, AFRICA 10-14 DAYS.
We define work days as Monday to Friday, but exclusive of holidays, and weekends.

We only show products that are in stock, but should we for some reason not be able to deliver your product, or should the product be delayed for other reasons, we will let you know as soon as possible 

YOUR RIGHTS AS CUSTOMER

According to Danish law, you are covered by a legal two-year manufacturing guarantee. If you wish to make a complaint, you must do so within a reasonable time frame and latest within two months. If your complaint regards a defect in a product, we advise you to contact us at sales@muud.store as soon as you have found the defect, in order to shorten the processing time for your claim. If we assess the claim to be justified, we will refund any costs you may have had in regards to sending back the product to us. In the case that we cannot justify the claim, the shipping expenses are on customers own account. We recommend you to return the product safely, and to get a receipt. The responsibility for the package lies with you, until we have received it. It is therefore advisable to save a receipt with the shipping charges and a track and trace number, if possible, information about complaints

INFORMATION REGARDING COMPLAINS

A complaint concerning a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to:

The European Commission’s complaints can be utilised by consumers that are residents in another country than Denmark. The complaint is to be handed in here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr

RETURNS 

To notify us about a return, contact us by mail at sales@muud.store

Refusal to receive a package upon arrival is not qualified as a rightfully return, and we reserve the right to charge you an amount to cover any additional costs that we may have in regards to your withdrawal. We must receive your product no later than 14 days after you have contacted us, requesting a withdrawal. If the deadline, however, is a public holiday, a Saturday or a Sunday, the new date will be the following work day

Returns Denmark:

PLEASE NOTE that once you have returned your parcel, it can take up to 14 days for us to process your return and refund the amount of money corresponding to your order
 

Returns Global:

PLEASE NOTE than it can take up to 3-4 weeks for us to process your return and refund the amount of money corresponding to your order. When you return a parcel to us form other countries than Denmark, your parcel has some extra stops before we receive it. We will refund your return no later than one week after we have received your parcel at our own Warehouse in Denmark. Please note that you are liable for any decrease in value, if you have tested or used the product in other ways than those usually allowed in-store. When we receive the product, we will assess the condition and refund you the amount we find corresponding to the item’s condition
